The TytoCare App currently works with the following devices:
Apple device requirements
- iPhone and iPad models that are supported with the latest Apple iOS/iPadOS version, or the previous version
- You can refer to this site for iPad models that are compatible with iPadOS 17 and 18 iPad models compatible with iPadOS 17 - Apple Support
- Secure Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz only for G1 TytoCare Devices and 2.4 GHz/5GHz for G2 TytoCare Devices) or Personal Hotspot.
- Your wireless network password.
Android device requirements
- Samsung Galaxy S9, S9 Plus and higher, Galaxy Tab A7 and higher, Pixel 7 and higher, One Plus 11 and higher.
Google Play may limit access to certain device models. - Android 10 or higher mobile operating system or newer versions.
- Secure Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz only for G1 TytoCare Devices and 2.4 GHz/5GHz for G2 TytoCare Devices) or Personal Hotspot.
- Your wireless network password.
