- Monday – Friday: 7AM – 630 PM MT and Saturday – Sunday: 7 AM – 12 PM MT.

What clinician types will be reviewing exams/facilitating visits?

- You will talk to Urgent care Clinicians from PMG, and they can provide you with a diagnosis and prescription if needed.
|
Can a patient have a Tyto visit with their own provider?
|
- Right now, we are unable to connect you to your doctor or your child’s doctor from PMG through this program. To make sure you can get care quickly, you will be connected to the first available PMG Urgent Care Clinician.

Are specialists available for Tyto visits?

- Visit Results/Visit Summary (if a patient asks questions regarding the clinical results of their Tyto visit, what team should we direct them to at PHS?)
- Your after-visit summary will be available through MyChart just like any other visit with PHS.

Can it be used away from your home or out of the country?
|
- You will be seeing Clinicians that are only licensed in New Mexico. They will be unable to send and prescription medications out of State.
- How long do I keep the device? You can keep the Kit for as long as you are a PHS member.
