The TytoCare Medical Exam Kit, a handheld device compatible with your smartphone and RRH MyCare account, facilitates 3-dimensional video visits with your doctor. During these visits, doctors can examine the throat, ears, listen to heart and lung sounds, and measure temperature and vital signs. This comprehensive examination enhances the virtual care experience, ensuring thorough medical assessment during video visits.

What are the hours patients can request visits?

On Demand Video Visits are available Monday-Friday from 7AM -10PM and 9AM-5PM EST on weekends.

How much will the visit cost?

Visit co-pays may apply but you will not have any additional costs for using the device. Refer to your plan documents or reach out to your plan’s customer service team if you want additional details.
