How to Start a TytoCare Welcome Visit

What is a Welcome Visit?

A Welcome Visit is a complimentary 5-to-10-minute session with a live TytoCare trainer. It is designed to help you familiarize yourself with your TytoCare Medical Exam Kit in a session with a live person. These visits increase your confidence in using the device effectively and efficiently, serving as the final step of your activation process.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Training: Once you have finished pairing your device, tap “Experience Tyto”.
2. Educational Video: Tap Continue to watch a 1-minute video regarding your TytoCare Device, or tap Skip to proceed to the next page.
3. Select Patient: Choose your name as the patient for the training session.
4. Initiate Visit: Select “Start your welcome visit now.”
5. Consent: Read the terms, tap the checkbox, and hit Confirm.
6. Enter Queue: You will be placed in a queue to wait for a TytoCare trainer to start your session.

What to Expect During the Session

The TytoCare trainer will conduct several exams to simulate a real medical visit. Please ensure you have your TytoCare device and all attachments ready. Typical exams include:

• Throat exam
• Temperature exam
• Heart/Lungs exam
• Ear exam
• Skin exam

Continuous Practice with Tyto Academy

You can also practice with Tyto Academy whenever and as many times as you would like. This is an excellent opportunity to continue getting familiar with the exams or to practice with your children to help them get comfortable with the device.
