1. Workflow Summary & Patient Journey
The standard user application (UA) and clinician station (CS) integration follows a predefined setup and data synchronization protocol:
- The process initiates at the point-of-care (POC) by establishing a secure device connection.
- Clinical assessments can either be performed asynchronously prior to joining a virtual queue, or directly inline via an active video conference call.
- Post-visit evaluations are presented dynamically to capture operational feedback across both endpoints.
Note on Device Security & Inactivity:
The system utilizes an automatic hardware monitoring loop. When an active examination is left idle, the device exits to the main selection screen within 60 seconds and enters low-power standby to preserve battery deployment.
