Before you get started, charge your TytoDevice and have your Wi-Fi password ready.

Step 1: Download the Tytocare app and Sign up
|
- Download the TytoCare app via Apple or Android.
- Launch the Tyto App and tap Sign up at the bottom.
- Enter your Email address and confirmation code. (The confirmation code will sent to your inbox after confirming your email address).
- Scan the QR code found in the sticker at the bottom of the TytoCare device.
- Enter your personal details accurately and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your activation.

Step 1: Pair your Tyto Device

Step 2: Updating your Tyto Device
|
| Once pairing is successful, you’ll be prompted to update and install the latest software on your Tyto device. Please tap Download and Accept. Wait for the device to reboot to complete the update process. If you need assistance you may call TytoCare Support 24/7 at 1-956-242-6075 |

Step 3: Adding your Family members
|
Login to your Tyto app then tap Menu (3 lines at the top left) and select Patients List. Tap Add a patient (+) at the bottom then Add new patient. Enter the patient’s First and Last name and Save. Lastly, enter the patient’s Date of Birth, gender and hit Save.
NOTE: Please enter accurate patient information to avoid any errors when initiating online medical visits. Only 17 years old and below are allowed to be added. |

Step 1: Login to your Tyto app

- Once logged in, under “Not feeling well?”, tap Start. Select the Patient whom you’ll initiate the visit for.
- Select Exam and forward. When prompted, perform the required self-exam according to the patient’s symptoms. Complete the symptoms guide.
- Record a short impression video (Optional)

Step 2: See a Clinician online
|
- After filling out the symptoms, external data and short impression video (optional), select “See a clinician online”.
- Confirm the details of your preferred pharmacy
- Under Visit Details, Select your preferred contact method either “Video Call” or “Phone Callback”
- Agree to the terms and conditions and tap Confirm.

Step 3: Begin your TytoCare visit
|
| You will be placed in a virtual waiting room, similar to being in line at a clinic or hospital. When the attending clinician is ready for your online visit, a pop-up window will appear. Tap “Join visit” to proceed. |
