Highmark CHIP on Converge – Quickstart Guide

Step 1: Check your email for the TytoCare login information.

1. You should have received an email from support@tytocare.com. This email contains your temporary TytoCare username and temporary password.

Can’t find the email?

Look for a message from support@tytocare.com in your inbox or call us at 1-888-380-2897 for support.

Step 1: Download the TytoCare app

1. Download the TytoCare App via Apple or Android.
2. Log in using the TytoCare username and temporary password from the email. Notifications need to be turned on for the TytoCare app.

Step 2: Follow the pairing instructions in the TytoCare app

1. It only takes a few minutes to pair and only needs to be done once.

Step 3: Complete the Welcome Visit

Step 1: Login to Well360 Virtual Health

1. Login to Well360 Virtual Health. Once signed in, choose your child as the patient.

1. When the provider is ready, you will receive a notification via text and email with a link to join your visit. When the visit begins, let the provider know that you submitted Tyto exams before the visit. Click on the Tyto owl icon and then click the ‘Get Started’ button.

Complete the One-time TytoCare & Well360 Virtual Health Account Linking Process: During your first visit, follow the instructions to link your TytoHome device; this only needs to be done once.
