Symptom: The quality of the video and/or audio during the telehealth visit is less than ideal and there are some artifacts
Possible Cause: It is possible that the patient is on a weak Wi-Fi signal or Low Bandwidth
- The patient should move closer to the Wi-Fi router, together with the Tyto Device and mobile device, and continue performing the exam from there
- If the quality does not improve, the issue may be related to a bandwidth issue. In order to check bandwidth speed, please have the patient go to https://www.bandwidthplace.com/ then hit "Start"
