Symptom
When attempting to delete the Tyto App, the icon wiggles as expected, but the "X" (delete) button does not appear.
Possible Cause
This issue is typically caused by Restrictions for Deleting Apps being enabled within the iOS settings.
Suggested Solution
To resolve this, you must adjust your Content & Privacy settings to allow app deletion:
- Open Settings on your iOS device.
- Navigate to Screen Time.
- Select Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Note: You must ensure "Content & Privacy Restrictions" is toggled ON to make these changes.
- Tap on iTunes & App Store Purchases.
- Select Deleting Apps.
- Select Allow.
Once updated, return to your home screen. You should now be able to see the "X" button when the app icons wiggle.
