Overview

The Patient History (or Inbox) screen shows the status and clinician’s notes for all examinations.

Exam Status Definitions

  • Exam ready to be sent: An exam was performed but has not been sent to a clinician yet.
  • Waiting for response: An exam was sent to a clinician, but there is no response yet.
  • RESPONSE (ONLINE): You performed an online exam and received the clinician’s response.
  • RESPONSE: You sent an Exam-and-forward exam for clinician review and have received the clinician’s response.

How to Filter History by Patient

If you have multiple family members on your account, you can filter the history to view exams for a specific person.

  1. Navigate to the Patient History (Inbox) screen.
  2. Tap the Filter icon (usually located at the top right corner of the screen).
  3. Select the name of the patient whose history you want to view from the drop-down list.
  4. The list will update to show only the exams and interactions for that specific patient.

Note: By default, the history screen may show exams for all patients linked to your account, sorted by the most recent activity.
