Error 7: TytoDevice failed to get pairing conference id from server
Steps to resolve this issue:
- Check and make sure that your phone or tablet are on the correct wi-fi.
- Ensure that your wi-fi is 2.4Ghz.
- Try and move closer to your router or antenna when pairing.
- Completely close the TytoApp on your phone or tablet. Open the TytoApp, sign in and try pairing again.
- Check to make sure that the date, time and time zone is correct on your phone or tablet.
