Welcome to a new kind of home health care experience. Your TytoHome device from TytoCare is your first line of care, bringing your family remote exams with St. Luke’s On-Demand Virtual Care providers for immediate answers at home.

What are the hours patients can request visits?

You can request an appointment 8:00 AM – 8:00 pm EST, seven days a week.

How much will the visit cost?

Visit co-pays may apply but you will not have any additional costs for using the device. Refer to your plan documents or reach out to your plan’s customer service team if you want additional details.

How can I get technical support?

For assistance with the MyChart app, contact MyChartSupportTeam@slhs.org or 1-208-381-9000.
For device-related support, please contact TytoCare at support@tytocare.com or 1-208-205-9656.
For plan-related questions, please contact Customer Service by calling the phone number on the back of your member ID card.
