Set up your TytoHome

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for setting up TytoHome for the first time.
 
Before you get started, charge your TytoDevice and locate your Wi-Fi password.
Step 1: Download the Tytocare app
  1. NOTE: DO NOT create a TytoCare account in the TytoCare App. It will be created automatically via your MyBellin account.
  2. Download the TytoCare app via Apple or Android.
Step 1: Download the MyBellin app
  1. If it's your first time, please download MyBellin via Apple or Android.
  2. If you have an existing account, please login to your MyBellin account.
 
Step 2: Click 'Launch TytoCare' & Activate Device
Open the menu and Tap ‘Launch TytoCare’ to start the activation process. This only needs to be done once. For further assistance, call TytoCare Support at 1-866-971-8986 option 2
 
Step 3: Complete set up for covered family members (if needed)
For covered family members who also see a Bellin Health provider, login with their MyBellin account, open the menu, and tap ‘Launch TytoCare’. For questions related to proxy access, call 1-888-899-9114.
Step 4: Complete Welcome Visit
This non-clinical training session helps you feel comfortable using TytoHome. In the TytoCare app, complete a free 15-minute Welcome Visit with a virtual trainer. Navigate to the start a welcome visit card, and click on the card. After clicking on the card, a popup is shown that will allow you to start your training.
Step 1: Open the MyBellin app
After setup, log in to MyBellin, open the menu, and go to "TytoCare Appointment" icon. Then follow the instructions in the app.
 
Step 2: Complete eCheck-In for your appointment.
Up to 15 minutes prior to your appointment log in to the MyBellin app, go to ‘Appointments and Past Visits’. Click ‘eCheck-In’ for your upcoming TytoCare appointment, review and fill out each page. Once done, click ‘Join Video Visit’ to proceed.
 
Step 3: Begin your TytoCare visit
Select the scheduled "TytoCare Appointment". Tap "Begin visit" and the TytoCare app will launch. You will be placed in a virtual waiting room and will be notified when it is time for you to join the visit.
