A Welcome Visit provides you with the opportunity to familiarize yourself with your new TytoCare Medical Exam Kit in an session with a live person on the other end of the screen. These complimentary visits are designed to increase your confidence in using the device effectively and efficiently. This is the last step to complete your activation and should only last between 5 to 10 minutes.
How to start a Welcome Visit
1. Once you are done pairing your device, tap "Experience Tyto"
2. Hit Continue to watch a 1-minute-long video to be more familiar with your TytoCare Device. Tap Skip to proceed to the next page.
3. Select your name as the patient.
4. Select Start your welcome visit now.
5. Read the terms and tap the tick box and hit Confirm.
6. This page will indicate that you are in queue and are now waiting for a TytoCare trainer to start your welcome training.
The TytoCare trainer will conduct some of the exams that you will do with a real visit, so make sure you have your TytoCare device with you with all the attachments.
Here are the exams that your Tyto trainer might conduct during your welcome training.
• Throat exam
• Temperature exam
• Heart/Lungs exam
• Ear exam
• Skin exam
📝 You can also practice with Tyto Academy whenever you like and as many times as you would like - The Tyto Academy is available for you to continue to get familiar with the exams. This is also a great opportunity if you have children to practice with them and get them familiar with the device
