How to Reset Password via the TytoCare App

Note: If you are with an organization that uses Epic MyChart, please sign in to the MyChart application and tap the TytoCare Pairing or TytoHome Setup option in the menu.
 

• The TytoCare App user can reset the password by tapping the “I forgot the password” option on the app's login page.
• The TytoCare App user must enter the correct username before tapping “Send”.
• When the Tyto App user receives the password reset email, he/she needs to click on the “Activate Password” button in the email.
• Following that, the Tyto App user can use the new temporary password to log in.
